*We will be taking a quiz on Monday over the Map of Africa. If you have access to an ipod/ipad/iphone, you can download a free app called tap maps quiz! Press Africa and press Northern Africa, Southern and Eastern. Or you could print a map to study. Students will get their actual maps back tomorrow! MapofAfricablank

Today in class, we will begin the hour by reviewing our Chapter 8 Vocabulary and practicing for our map quiz next Monday, followed by turning in our Map of Africa. UPDATE – WE DID GET TO THE BACK SIDE OF THE GIZA LETTER BY WRITING IN THE FACTS ABOUT KHUFU. THEY WILL NEED TO TRANSFER THE INFORMATION FROM THE CHAPTER 8 NOTES ABOUT THE PYRAMID.
