This is just a reminder that the final test for the “Outsiders” is tomorrow. If your student is currently in Mackinac, we have already discussed their plan to make up this test. Most of them will be asking you for a ride to get here at 7:15 on Monday morning.
All students not on the trip have been told they need to be in school for the test. If they are sick and cannot attend school tomorrow they may make it up on Monday at 7:15 am ONLY.
If they miss this opportunity, they will be unable to take the final test and may receive a ZERO. This test is worth 40 summative points.
I think it is ridiculous that you are forcing parents whose child went to Mackinaw to bring their child to school early on Monday to make up this test. This was a SCHOOL sponsored trip!
Good morning,
I am not forcing any of the students who were on the trip to come in early. They were given a choice to be here before school, or to miss the beginning of the movie when we watch it in class on Monday. Most of them chose to come in early.
