Tomorrow is the last day of the Book Fair…if your child wants to purchase one more thing, I will allow them to do that in the morning. We also have Music on Friday.

Homework for tonight: Spelling activities, Homelink 8.4, sign and return math test. Some children have their report card. If your child does not, that is because you will be seeing me at Parent/Teacher Conferences tomorrow night and I will give you the report card at that time.

Tomorrow we visit the Book Fair at 9:00 am. If you would like your child to purchase a book, please put the money in an envelope labeled with their name. If you would like them just to browse, they will be allowed to make a wish list.
Homework for tonight: Begin spelling activities and read for their reading group and/or do an activity.
Just a note: The basket that we will be creating for the Snow School Carnival has the “Vacation Fun” theme. If you would like to donate, please send in a new item that children can do on vacation (Example: frisbee, water balloons, jewelry making kit, puzzles, beach ball, etc.) I will be taking donations until further notice…thanks in advance!

We have a busy week this week…tomorrow we will NOT have book checkout in the library. The Book Fair is set up and we will visit on TUESDAY at 9:00 am.
We will have a Readers are Leaders Assembly in the gym tomorrow at 10:00. We also have Art and Math Enrichment in the afternoon.
Our spelling words focus on plurals, dropping the -y- and adding -ies:
pennies, families, studies, empties, worries.
Our content words are:
equal, information, turbine, enemies, prey.
