As part of Snow Elementary Leader In Me Program, we are asking you, our fabulous students, to reach out in our community to help others. If you’d like to be a part of the Snow Book Share, simply go through your gently used books or magazines and donate them to our Snow School Book Share. Over the next 2 weeks organize your bookshelves at home and donate your unwanted books or magazines. Then on
May 1,2 and 3, 2018 we will have a Book Swap before and after school. Each book will cost $0.25 and you can bring home new books to read.
Please bring your book donations to the bin in the office or outside Mrs. Bush’s office starting tomorrow. Leaders think Win/Win and by organizing your books and donating them you are giving a friend the opportunity to read something new. That is a Win/Win!

Tomorrow we will have Music. The 2nd grade spelling words are too easy! 2nd and 3rd graders are getting the same ones for the rest of the school year:
pennies, families, studies, empties, worries, equal, information, turbine, enemies, prey.

Tomorrow we resume outdoor lineup at the beginning of the day! Please do not drop your child off too early, because they will not be monitored…our class will be lining up on #11 on the Houston Street side of the building!
Homework for tonight is reading 20-30 minutes (with a reading response!), spelling activities and practice multiplication facts. If your child had any work they did not complete in class, that work will come home tonight for completion.
We are in the home stretch…only 10 more weeks of school! It is important that your child has a strong finish!! Make sure they are getting a good breakfast, getting plenty of sleep and bring a HEALTHY snack to get them through the day.

Pizza Delivery
We appreciate all of the Little Caesars Pizza kits you’ve sold!! Little Caesars Pizza kits will be delivered to school on Wednesday, April 11th. Pickup is from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
We do not have any storage in the freezer to hold your items overnight and they must be kept cold so please make arrangements to pick up your orders.
