Homework for this weekend: Read 20 minutes each night. 2nd grade needs to complete lesson 9 in math. 3rd grade needs to complete lesson 6 in math.

Good Afternoon! Homework for tonight is to read 20 minutes (with a reading response) and math. 2nd grade needs to complete lesson 8, 3rd grade needs to complete lesson 5.

Spelling activities are due tomorrow (we have 4 activities this week).

We will also have Music. I will see some of you at conferences tonight! Those that were signed up for Tuesday (the snow day) I will be seeing at the same time on Monday, November 18th.

Conferences previously scheduled for 11-12-19 will now be scheduled for Monday, 11-18-19 at the same time. If there is a conflict, please email me and I will schedule you for another time!

Good Afternoon! Because of the snow day, the parent/teacher conferences that were scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 12th will be rescheduled for either Monday or Wednesday of next week. (I am waiting for administrative directive as to which day it will be.) I will keep the times the same. If there is a problem with the date for any of you, we can work the conference in at another time.

On days we have indoor lineup, we will no longer be lining up in the gym. Students instead, will enter the building and sit outside their classrooms. Safety patrols and staff will be stationed throughout the building for supervision. This helps with keeping the gym floor dry for our gym classes. Thank you in advance.

Snow School

Hello Parents! Please make sure your child begins their spelling activities (4 this week), reads and works on their math.

Second graders work on lesson 7, Third graders work on lesson 4.

Spelling words this week are: found, cloud, ground, pound, out.

The content words are reasons, length, width, energy, history.

As far as we know school WILL be in session tomorrow. Check your local news for school closings.

Dear Snow Families,

Just a reminder that we will adhere to the district recess and lineup policy. When the weather is below 20 degrees, we will be indoors (we will take wind chill into account). If the temperature is above 20 degrees, we will be outside for lineup and recess. Please make sure that students are dressed appropriately… coats, boots, scarf, mittens, hats, and snow pants.
