I hope everyone had a happy, restful holiday weekend!  Can you believe it?  Only 3 weeks of school before Christmas break!

This week in spelling, we will focus on final chunks /ar/ and /or/.  The spelling words are as follows:

conductor, harbor, cheddar, odor, and avatar.

The content words are:

tenths, hundredths, thousandths, smallest and largest.

We will have Art tomorrow, as well as Math Enrichment.

I hope your child has had a little time this weekend to do research on their energy project.  A letter will be coming home this week to describe what we are working on and when our final project is due.  Stay tuned…

Your child is beginning to do research for their “conserving energy” project.  They will need to do a little bit more over the weekend.   Also, make sure they go over their multiplication facts.

The Holiday Shop is coming to Snow School December 9th, 10th and 11th!  Each class will have an opportunity to shop and pick out gifts for their family members.  Notes and budget envelopes are coming home today.  Our class will be attending on Tuesday, December 9th at 2:30 pm.  Please consider volunteering 30 minutes to help your child’s class shop.  Thank you!

Library books are due tomorrow.  Gym shoes for gym class are required.

There will be a Unit 4 Math Test tomorrow.  Make sure your child studies their Practice Test tonight!
