Good Afternoon!

Your child will be bringing home a field trip permission slip to Greenfield Village.  We plan on visiting Thursday, October 27th.  We will be traveling by bus and the cost of the trip is $10.  I am asking you to sign the permission slip and return it with the entrance fee to me by October 20th.  Chaperones are welcome! (but remember to have a background check done if you have not had one in 2 years)

Homework for tonight:  Spelling Activities, Read, Homelink 2.4.

Tomorrow we have Gym.  Make sure your child wears their gym shoes.

Homework for this weekend:  Homelink 2.1, read 20 minutes each night.  All children should be reading from their reading bag.  Each day, or every other day, they are given a reading assignment.  Please ask them about it!

Your child is bringing home a reminder today about Picture Day on Monday.  You can pay online or have your child bring cash or check at the time of pictures. (Note: Late orders will be accepted online up to 48 hours after Picture Day)

Homework for tonight:  Everyone now has a book bag.  Your child should be bringing it home nightly to read for at least 20 minutes per night.  Please make sure they return the bag and its contents each morning!  We will have a spelling test tomorrow, so make sure your child reviews the words, and spelling activities are also due tomorrow.

We will have Music on Friday.
