Wellness Wednesday: It’s always good to stay active and healthy! Post a picture or video of you eating healthy foods or doing something healthy!

Thankful Thursday: Who are you thankful for? Bring some positivity to the world and let someone know that you are thankful for them. Write a letter or draw a picture!

Family Fun Friday: There’s nothing more important than family! Do something fun together and show us your beautiful families doing something fun together.
