Hello Parents!

We are beginning a complete week of school!  Fortunately, the cooler weather has moved in.  Easier for all of us to concentrate!

This week’s spelling words focus on the short /o/ and /e/ and /u/.  The words for this week are:

dog, job, pet, went, jet, tell, hut, tub, bun, rub.

Your child will again receive a spelling tic, tac , toe to complete by Friday.  (Several children have tried to turn this in last week only half done…please make sure you check the directions and make sure your child is following them.)

Because we are starting a new math curriculum, chances are your child will be getting math homework each night.  Please remember this is the PRACTICE piece to what they learned in class, so this MUST be completed the evening they bring it home and returned in the morning.  Some children have several math homework pages already missing and need to turn those in ASAP!

Monday we will have Enrichment.
