Hello Parents!

Well, we completed the first M-Step test! The kids did great taking their time and doing their best.  A few DO’S and DON’TS:

DO give your child a good breakfast (some protein rather than just carbs. Example: A hard boiled egg with toast and  peanut butter).

DO make sure your child gets at least 10 hours of sleep each night.

DO send your child in with a healthy snack and a water bottle.

Now for the DON’TS:

DON’T send your child to school when they are sick. (they can take the test when they are feeling better)

DON’T send your child to school with an empty stomach .

DON’T send your child to school with less than 8 hours of sleep.

Working together, we can make this an enjoyable testing week! Thank you for your help!!

Homework tonight: Work on spelling activities that are due on Friday.
