Hello! It’s been a minute since I’ve been able to get a blog post out. Students have been doing a great job at their job sites, we’ve been able to participate in new cooking activities in the classroom, and recently, students began both strength training and Zumba classes here at Hype. It has been a great first quarter with many new experiences for everyone.

Today marks the end of the marking period, progress reports will go home during conferences or sent home with your student. If you would like to schedule a conference, please refer to the Remind text with the link that was sent previously. I will resend that link later today in case you missed it.

As a reminder, Hype follows the ELEMENTARY calendar because we are part of Howe School. I know it’s confusing because we are not “elementary”, it’s strictly based on the school we belong to. In most cases if Howe is closed, we will be closed as well. Something to keep in mind during the winter months. I will always try to send a reminder or post it in the blog, but in case I am not able to, it’s always good to know.

• Nov 27-29 – Thanksgiving Break
