Wow! How exciting to begin another year!
We have been busy working and most recently assessing everything we know so we can plan where to go next.
In January we will begin word pattern spelling along with spelling of sight words. We will focus on writing with being able to express our thoughts and ideas in writing and with our pictures. We will continue working on developing our reading and increasing our reading stamina. We are moving right along in our Math curriculum after having worked on 2D and 3D shapes, measurement and data charts. In Science we will continue working on Weather with a focus on how it impacts our environment and the plant and animals in that environment. In Social Studies we will work on learning our community and that places in it.
We are always working on being the best students, children and community members we can be. We continue to work on our Social Development and interactions so we can be the best we can be.
