Wow! Yesterday was a busy, get back to school day. Fifteen friends completed the first Readworks article and thirteen finished 1-2 lessons in Zearn. Way to go!!!! Let’s see if we can get everyone to complete the Honey Bees article, today. Keep up the great work. How are your acrostic poems coming?
It was brought to my attention that your children’s math homework books are for Modules 6-8, so please have your children complete one lesson per day in those, along with the matching Zearn lesson. I was thinking of their student journals that remain at school—those were Modules 7-8. Remember you can view any lesson on youtube or don’t hesitate to send me an email with any questions you may have.

Thank you, Britta for sharing your sweet Baby Animals poem. Definitely a spring poem!!! 🙂
Thank you, Mrs. Knop for creating this week’s assignments on a calendar:

A request—if your child sends me work and doesn’t want it published on our blog, please state this when the work is turned in, otherwise I will assume that I have your child’s and your permission. Obviously I can’t post everyone’s work for every assignment, but I will certainly try to get a sampling of every student’s work for the remainder of our school year. Thank you! 🙂
Here’s to a terrific Tuesday!
Love,
Mrs. Burke
