Meap Prep
As you know the meap test is very important and coming soon (October). We have been practicing with the students at school. I have been using a great website that you can also use at home. It is

Most of the students have been on it. They need to choose the state of Michigan, 4th grade, and then language arts or math. They can then put in your email or mine and it will send the results of the test to you. It you go to the bottom of the test when they submit it, you can tell which problems they got wrong and go over the correct answers.
New 4th Grade Teacher
Hopefully you heard we will be getting a new 4th grade teacher. There will not be a split class. That means 7 students will be moved out of my class into the new one. I had no say in the students who will be moved and families will be informed from the office before it happens. Hopefully it will happen by Monday but we are not sure yet.
