March is reading month.  Parents are welcome to come in and read to the class.  Your child has a note for you to sign up for morning or afternoon.  I will send home a note with a day and time so we don’t have 2 readers at the same time.

It would be great to have lots of readers!

Reading- read 30 min

Spelling- ABC order bubble letters color the vowels

Math- finish angle pages

Social Studies- list all the things you are responsible to do at home

Music tomorrow. Remember your recorder

Hat day- pay $1 to wear a hat all day

Science  know the boiling point of water in C and F.  Know the freezing point of water C and F.

Some of the students will be taking WIDA test tomorrow.  It is the new language test that replaces ELPA

Spelling  write each word 4 different ways

Math  find 3 thing in your house with right angles, three things with acute angles and 3 things with obtuse angles

Arabic homework

Spelling  –  curly,  dots, capital,  square

Math- write 3 story problems and solve them

Reading- read 30 min

Music tomorrow- do not forget your recorder!!

People going on the art field trip, remember to bring a bag lunch.
