Kindergarteners are still learning about the 5 senses. This week we are using eyes to see pictures in I Spy books, ears to match sounds in shakers, and noses to smell common items.

Third graders learning about movement by exploring wheels and axles.

Second graders have been learning about solids. This week they used screens to separate different size solids (beans). They had fun and had to figure out how to separate the mixture. While some students seperated, others used beans to make a picture or design.

First graders are using science tools like tweezers, droppers, balance scales and measuring tapes.

Third graders are learning about force and motion. They used Hotwheels to test how the slope of the track affected how far the car traveled. They then graphed the results.

Second graders are working with solids and finding ways to pour them into different size containers.
