The second graders are learning why there is sand at the beach? They begin with large paper rocks and continue to break them apart as they go down the stream to the beach.
The kindergartners sang the song 5 Little Pumpkins sitting on a gate. They then had to design a gate or bridge that could hold 5 gourds or bears. They chose the material they wanted to use and began building.
Last week, the third graders went outside and tested their waterwheels. They collected data to see which design worked the best by counting the number of spins the waterwheel turned.
