7th Grade Greek Gods and Goddesses
Tomorrow is the last day that I will accept research on the Greek gods and goddesses or the questions from last week. For each god or goddess, you need to write what they are god or goddess of and one story about them. A story is something that they did, not something that they are. For example: Hades is the god of the underworld. Hades kidnapped Demeter’s daughter, Persephone, and tricked her into marrying him.

Book Project Directions
Poster: Book Project ~Fiction Book~
Directions: Create a poster that contains the following elements. Use the attached pages in this packet in order to make your poster. These pages are designed to help you keep focused and to save you time. This should be a visually appealing poster and contain information specific and pertinent to your selected book. POSTER DUE DATE: March 16, 2018.
Your Poster Should Include: 1. Title of Book (1 points) 2. Author (1 points) 3. Lexile (1/2 point) 4. Complete the “Summary Form” and use it to write a detailed summary on the form provided. (25 points) 5. Provide a character analysis of the protagonist(s) and antagonist(s) of your book. Be sure to include the characters names and their traits. A visual to accompany this information would be great. (10 points) 6. Find a way to creatively write a THEME for your book and explain how this THEME was revealed in the story. (5 points) 7. Rate your book 1-4 stars (4 being the best) and explain the rating. What was awesome about the book and/or what would you change? (5 points) 8. Write about your favorite scene from the book! Explain what happened and tell why it was your favorite scene. (2.5 points) Point Value: 50 Points

As a reminder, I will not be accepting any late Book Poster Projects! You have five weeks to do this, there are no excuses. The due date is March 16, 2018. No posters will be accepted after this date!
