Tuesday – Test Day

Today the students took the Chapter 1 Test on the iPads.  They already know their scores.  If they would like to retake the test to earn a higher score they should complete the retake form and see me at lunch for a meeting and to schedule the after school retake.

Monday – Test tomorrow

Content Objective
Students will demonstrate comprehension of physical and chemical properties.

P.PM.07.24 Describe Examples of Physical and Chemical properties of elements and compounds (boiling point, density, color, conductivity, reactivity)

Language Objective
Students will write to demonstrate knowledge of physical properties by completing Frayer model vocabulary diagrams.

We used several sources including PowerPoints, BrainPop, Study Jams and and interactive density site to review for the Chapter 1 test.  The students also worked on their Frayer vocabulary.

HOMEWORK – Study for the chapter 1 test (Tuesday)
