Mass – a fundamental measure of the amount of matter in the object.

• Weight depends on the force of gravity and is measured in Newtons (N)
• Mass does not depend on gravity and is measured in grams (g)

Language Objective:

I can talk, read and write to describe aspects of motion by interacting with a PhET Motion simulation on the Chromebooks with my cooperative learning group while following the guiding prompts and recording my observations on a Google document.
