Students will demonstrate knowledge of parts of waves including the Amplitude and Wavelength.

P.EN.07.31 Identify examples of waves, including sound waves and waves on water.
P.EN.07.32 Describe how waves are produced by vibrations in matter.

Language Objective
Students will write about properties of waves by using their text book to complete a directed reading activity and definitions of the properties of waves.

Today in class the students took the quiz (1-1) The Nature of Waves.  They then read pages 10-13 and completed DR (1-2) Properties of Waves.

HOMEWORK – Finish DR (1-2) Properties of Waves (if needed) NOTE a copy of this can be found on my iLearn site.  We are no longer aloud to post these on our blogs for legal reasons.
