Students will gain knowledge of what chemical properties are, by defining it, discussing it with the class and reading in their text books.

P.PM.07.24 Describe Examples of Physical and Chemical properties of elements and compounds (boiling point, density, color, conductivity, reactivity)

Language Objective
Students will write to demonstrate knowledge of chemical properties by taking Cornell Notes while watching a PowerPoint.

HOMEWORK – Study for QUIZ over sections 1. “What is Matter & 2. Physical Properties of the textbook.  Also, students should begin studying for the TEST that will be next Thursday over all of chapter 1.
