Content Objective
Students will demonstrate knowledge of the types of light on the electromagnetic spectrum.

P.EN.07.31 Identify examples of waves, including sound waves and waves on water.

Language Objective
Students will be able to orally present  characteristics of the different types of light to the class while using their graphic organizer as a guide.

Today the students took a quiz on section 3-1 “Wave Interactions”.  After the quiz they watched a BrainPop about the Electromagnetic Spectrum.  The followed this with beginning the reading of the textbooks explaination of the EMS and began to complete a graphic organizer with their reading notes.

HOMEWORK – Study chapter 1 for Fridays chapter test.
