Students will demonstrate knowledge of the properties wavelength, amplitude, and frequency by reading and completing reading notes in their cooperative learning groups.

P.EN.07.32 Describe how waves are produced by vibrations in matter.

Language Objective
Students will write about wavelength, frequency, and frequency after watching a video clip and class demonstrations, and  reading in their text book by completing a directed reading activity.

HOMEWORK – Complete the reading notes and directed reading worksheet for section (1-2) Properties of waves.  The students will be taking the district assessment next week which will cover all of the material which we have covered this school year so far.
