The students took the quiz on Physical Properties (boot chapter 1, section 2).  After the quiz they read pages 16-21 and completed a directed reading activity.  If they do not finish this in class they are to finish it as homework.

Content Objective
Students will gain knowledge of what chemical properties are, by reading in their text books.

P.PM.07.24 Describe Examples of Physical and Chemical properties of elements and compounds (boiling point, density, color, conductivity, re-activity)

Language Objective
Students will speak and write to demonstrate knowledge of physical properties by completing a directed reading worksheet while reading in their text books.

HOMEWORK – read pages 16-21 and completed a directed reading activity
