I’m so proud of all of you! I have had the privilege of teaching many of you two years in a row now and would teach you all again if I could. I have truly enjoyed having you all in my classes and will miss you all so much! I hope that you continue to do great things in your lives and make sure to keep in touch! Congratulations!!!

Happy Last Week of School!

I hope that everyone is staying healthy and safe!

I received several emails from students submitting missing work over the weekend. I will take the day (Monday) to grade those assignments and update the gradebook. If you submitted missing work you MUST send me an email so I know to grade it!

For this week, I have reposted the extra credit/enrichment assignment that was posted a few weeks ago for students that would like to do an assignment to replace their lowest grade. For this assignment, you will need to do a CERERC AND a video. Both need to be uploaded to the assignment in google classroom. Please feel free to email me with any questions.

I am available for office hours on Wednesday Morning from 8:30 – 10:30 via email.

I have also attached the final weekly calendar for this week.

Good Morning Everyone,

This is a final reminder that if you are missing any work and want it to count towards your report card, you must submit it by Friday June 5th at 11:59 pm. Please check your student/parent connect to ensure that everything submitted is graded. If you completed an assignment after the due date and you did not email me, chances are it is not graded because I was not aware of the submission. I will be using this weekend to update and finalize grades. If you are unable to complete the work for extenuating circumstances, please let me know and we can work something out so you are not penalized for your work. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.

Good Morning Everyone!

We are in the final stretch! We need to work hard this week to ensure that we finish strong! That includes, checking your grade to ensure that it is accurate and all assignments turned in are graded. If you see any discrepancies please email me so I can look into it.

This weeks assignment (Lesson 18) has been posted in google classroom. Please ensure that you are completing this assignment and turning it in on time.

Missing Work – Friday June 5 will be the last day that I will accept missing work so that I can have a chance to grade assignments and update the gradebook. I want to make sure that your grades are accurate and this will help me in doing so.

Good Morning Everyone! I hope you all enjoyed your Memorial Day Weekend and Eid Mubarak to all that were celebrating!

This weeks assignment has been posted in google classroom and is due on Friday May 29th. My office hours this week will be on Wednesday from 8:30 am – 10:30 am via email.

I have updated the Gradebook for the 4th card marking. I am asking all students to check their grade and make sure that all turned in assignments are graded. I will be sending out letters later today/tomorrow to students in danger of not receiving credit for science this card marking. It is crucial to send me an email letting me know if you submit an assignment or I do not know that you submitted anything and it will still show missing in the gradebook!!!

Hello Vikings!

Just because we are going through this trying time and are stuck at home, doesn’t mean that we can keep up with our fitness! So, I created a Track Google Classroom page for you all. One this page you will find a 6 week @home workout schedule. Many of these workouts you would have seen throughout the track season at some point.
This page will allow you to communicate directly with me as you go through the workout. Share your successes, your struggles, ask questions and motivate each other to keep up with it!
If you go out for a run or walk please notify and get permission from parents. OR TAKE THEM WITH YOU!!

I will be monitoring and adding in my own motivation. IF any abuses this or posts unwanted comments, you will be immediately removed from the group and Admin and Parents will be notified.

We are all on the same team and in this together Let’s help push each other to be our best and help each other through it!

Good Morning Everyone!

As we head into Memorial Day Weekend, I thought this week would be a good time to give some of us the time to get caught up on some work that we may have missed. The gradebook will be updated today to align with the district Continuity of Learning Grading Policy which you can find attached here. As you complete your missing assignments, please don’t forget to send me an email so I know to go in and check your work and update your grade.

That being said, for those of us that are all caught up, there is an enrichment assignment that will be posted in google classroom shortly, in which you can create a diorama as an extra credit assignment. This assignment will replace your lowest grade in the 4th card marking to date and is due by Thursday Night.

Good Morning Everyone! Hope you have enjoyed your weekend and all mothers had a great Mothers Day yesterday!

I hope that you are all continuing to stay healthy and safe! The assignment for this week will be posted shortly on google classroom. The gradebook will be updated today and I will send out my weekly email for missing work for the week of May 4th as those are completed. If you don’t receive an email stating any missing work for the week of May 4th then you child is caught up in my class.

REMINDER: If you submit an assignment late, email me so I know that you submitted it and then I can go in and grade it.
