6th graders worked on creating graphs from their data in class.  Homework is in GC called “Unit Price application book work”.

7th graders  worked on creating graphs from their data in class (not many 7th graders are prepared and do not have data collected, Do you?) We are working on surface area and area of composite figures in class. Your homework assignment is a worksheet called, “Area of composite figures” .

Tuesday, April 5

Today in class we worked on creating data table in google docs for the science project.

6th grade homework is called “Proportions bookwork” in GC.

7th grade had three short review assignments in GC called, “Measures of Center”, “Surface Area of Nets”, and “Area of Trapezoids”.

Tomorrow we will create graphs if you bring your data!

Thursday, March 24

6th graders need to complete their ratios assignment at home if it is not done at school. Your Unit Rate project is due tomorrow morning!

7th grade needs to complete their linear functions book work & statistics IXL at home.

*REMINDER: BRING YOUR SCIENCE EXPERIMENT DATA TO CLASS THE WEEK AFTER BREAK FOR ASSISTANCE WITH GRAPHING & CHARTS.

Tuesday, March 22

6th graders are working on unit rates. They have a real-world grocery store poster to complete by FRIDAY!

7th graders reviewed slope from a graph. The only homework is to make sure you are caught up in IXL

Tomorrow is the District Common Assessment for both grades!

Thursday, March 17

6th graders took notes on ration tables today. Their homework is called, “Variables”.

Quiz Friday on division of fractions.

7th graders took notes on vertical and horizontal lines. Their homework is to finish their slide show.

Quiz Friday on slope-intercept form.
