Office Hours/Google Meet

Beginning next week, I will be holding “office hours” from my living room, meaning I will be available at meet.google.com to chat and answer questions about math or anything else:)

I will post the password to my chat about ten minutes before the start time in google classroom. You will get an email each time. It is up to you if you would like to log on. Here is my schedule:

Mondays (Virtual office hours):

11:00-11:30 am 7th & 8th graders 11:30-12:00 pm 6th graders

Fridays (Optional Google Hangout):

3:00-3:30 pm 6th graders 3:30-4:00 pm 7th & 8th graders

Email me if this doesn’t make sense:)

*When we use meet.google.com for school, we mute all microphones, raise our hands before turning them on, and treat google meet like our classroom. Please log on if you are feeling productive and would like to say hi!

iReady Diagnostic Results

6th & 7th grade Math students, Do you remember that iReady diagnostic test we took a long time ago? Well the results are in.

Please take the time, whenever you feel bored, to login to Clever. Then select iReady. It should give you a “path” of lessons you are not very strong at. It is meant to catch you up to where you are supposed to be, and then accelerate you at your own pace. If you do not have any weaknesses, it will give you grade level topics you still need.

I would love some feedback. If you do this, please send me an email about your experience. Did you watch any videos? I might be assigning some later!
