Today in class the 8th graders were assigned IXL A.U.4 on graphing systems. Then we checked yesterday’s substitution bookwork. Classwork/Homework is to complete the Point Slope Form Worksheet.

Today in class the 6th graders were given more time to complete IXL 7.G.14 & 6.L.4 about dividing fractions. Then they took their test on dividing fractions. Today’s classwork was IXL 6. D.11 on square roots without a calculator. Students who completed this worked continued our Hockey math program.

Today in class the 7th graders were given more time to complete IXL 8.V.18 & 8.V.19 on simplifying expressions. Then we checked yesterday’s Task Cards & Find out More #1-18. Your quiz is Thursday on lesson 14&15. Students were introduced to this unit project called, “Record Deal Drama,” which will be due the Monday after break. We will work on this in class tomorrow.
