Today in class the 8th graders were given time to complete yesterday’s IXL A.S.15 on comparing functions, before beginning today’s IXL 8.Z.19 on nonlinear substitution. Then we checked yesterday’s worksheet before beginning the classwork, “Recording Studios,” about using substitution and graphing to solve a system.

Today in class the 6th graders were assigned IXL 7.G.13 to 95%. Classwork was called, “Hot Cocoa,” about dividing fractions. Then we finished class by continuing our Hockey math program. Please finish IXL at home if you need.

Today in class the 7th graders were assigned IXL 7.J.11 on proportions. Then we checked yesterday’s worksheet. Classwork was called, “Perimeter & Area Application,” and IXL 7.J.12 on proportional word problems. You have a quiz tomorrow on the distributive property and identifying constants and coefficients in expressions.
