The slope quiz is scheduled for Tuesday!

*Monday is the last day to turn in 5.2 Worksheet, 5.3 Slope Applications, and Slope Worked Examples.

Today in class the 6th graders started their slideshow on calculating discounts. Bellwork was IXL 6.S.6 on percents. Please do not complete the slideshow at home. We will have class time to work on Monday. You should not complete more than two slides at home this weekend if you choose to work on it, as it is not homework!

Thursday, Nov. 8

Today in class the 8th graders completed a worksheet to prepare for their slope quiz called, “5.2 SLope as a Rate of Change”.  We will check it tomorrow. The slope quiz is rescheduled for next Tuesday. You should only have homework if you were absent yesterday and had to take the quiz today.

Today in class the 6th graders watched a video in google classroom and took notes on calculating discounts. Classwork was a worksheet that was scanned into google classroom called, “Calculating Prices”. Bellwork was IXL 6.S.5 on percent of a number. You may use a calculator on this. You may finish either at home if necessary.
