28. militia: the state army

29. enforce: to make people follow the rules

30. authority: people with power

31. indict: accuse

32. Evidence: the objects and statements used to accuse someone of a crime

33. jury: a group of people who decide if you are innocent or guilty.

34. Witness: a person who sees or hears an event

35. Bail: money that must be paid for staying out of jail but then returned to the person

36. Seize: to take something using force

37. citizen: a person who legally lives in a country
