Lots of student work has been coming home lately. Please be sure your 5th grader is sharing all their hard work from throughout the year!

We will be making memory books in class so everyone has something to get signed by their classmates, whether they bought a yearbook or not.

Please send in any fun supplies you might have around the house! Popular supplies include:

• Stickers with pictures, letters, or numbers
• Washi tape
• Fun, colorful, decorative paper with patterns or pictures
• Binding materials – rings, clamps, pipe cleaners, ribbons, yarn

Thank you!!

• Towel
• Flip flops to walk through school

Tuesday, June 12th –

What: Picnic/Swimming Party

When: 9:15-2:30

Where: Levagood Park/Dunaway Pool

Items needed:

• Swim Suit
• Towel
• Sunscreen
• Beach/Gym Bag (To hold all of their items)
• Change of clothes
• Food and Games – sign up genius: 5th Grade Picnic

Thursday, June 14th

What: Student Breakfast/5th Grade Honors Assembly

When: 9:00-9:30 Breakfast

9:30-11:00 Assembly

Where: Whitmore Bolles Cafeteria/Auditorium

Items needed:

• Food items – sign up genius: 5th Grade Promotion

Hello 5th Grade Families!

The pool party at Levagood Park is coming up soon.

We only have enough funds from PTA for the main pool.

For students to use the double slide pool as well, we need to raise $115.

We can take donations to make this happen. If we reach our goal of $115, we will get the double slide pool as well. If we do not reach our goal, all donations will be returned and students will only have access to the main pool. Can you help?

Here is your Long Weekend Family Homework!!

For the 5th Grade video, please send in, or upload, 2 current individual pictures, 1 individual baby photo, and up to 5 group photos from former and current school years. (label the school year if possible)

Please send in pictures in a labeled envelope, or upload pictures to Ms. McCuaig’s google drive by following the link below.

All pictures must be in by Tuesday 5-29-18.

Click on your student’s class folder.

Click Blue button on top left that says “New”.

Create a new “folder” with your student’s name.

Drag and drop your student’s pics into the folder.
