Camp Information and Health Forms
Hello Future Campers!!!
There will be a camp meeting with a representative from the YMCA Storer Camp here at Whitmore on September 18th at 5pm. Please come ready with questions to ask.
Camp will take place on October 3-5th, If you have not paid the $25 deposit, and you would like your child to attend, it must be sent in ASAP.
In an effort to save paper all camp info is available in the attached word document.
Please fill out and return this health form as soon as possible. There is also an Electronic Health Form on the Camp Storer website. Just print and send in.
Final Camp costs will be sent out ASAP.
