- Bill of Rights – The first 10 amendments to the United States Constitution.

- responsibilities – Something that you should do as a citizen, this can include participating in the democratic process (voting), recycling, volunteering, or helping other citizens.
- freedom – the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants
- elections – The selection of a person for political office by vote
