7th. grade Ancient history:

Chapter 18.  Students will continue the discussions on the Gupta Empire of India and its golden age of art and learning. Friday’s quiz will cover pp. 183-193.

8th. grade American History:

Students will continue the study of the transition of the Presidency from Jefferson to Madison and the events leading to the War of 1812.  Thursday’s quiz will cover the election of Madison, the Non-intercourse Act, Tecumseh, the Warhawks, and the declaration of war.  Disaster essays are due on Friday.
