7th. grade ancient history:

1st. hr: Students will discuss the development of the social classes of ancient Egypt.  (ch. 9)

5th. hr: Students will begin the study of Sumer and ancient Mesopotamia. (ch. 4)

8th. grade American history:

Classes will continue the study of the three branches of the federal government and begin discussing the Bill of Rights. Quiz on this material will be on Wed., Nov. 25th.  There will be no quiz this Friday. Sorry, change the date to Tues., Nov. 24. (I thought that students wouldn’t mind coming in an extra day, but I was wrong.  Happy Thanksgiving)
