Have fun doing today’s workout with my favorite Avenger, Tony Stark, Ironman! Its a pretty intense leg workout but do the best you can. Remember, just moving helps to keep you healthy. There are lunges and squats in the video.

MONDAY 3/23/2020

Good Monday morning! Mrs. Suarez and I are working hard to find fun ways to work out and get your heart rates up. Don’t forget to eat your fruits and veggies every day. In fact, I would love to see pictures of you eating your fruits and/or veggies. Send them to my email: becks@dearbornschools.org. Here is a fun easy to do work out. Do 10 of each exercise-jumping jacks, pushups, squats, crunches and jump ropes . Then do 9 of each, then 8 of each, all the way down to 1 of each. Math question: how many of each do you do?

Thursday: 3/19/2020

Well, I just made it home from my walk before the rain started falling! Hopefully, all of you got outside at some point today. It’s so important to get fresh air everyday. The activity I’m posting today is a fun dice game combined with exercises. You roll 2 dice, add up the dice, and do the number of exercises and the exercise next to that number. Try to roll those dice at least 10 times for a good workout. Have fun..

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! It’s turned out to be a very nice day so try to get out and take a walk or a bike ride. It’s so important to get fresh air and move your bodies!! At least go to Go Noodle and move to a couple of videos! Don’t forget to eat fruits and veggies and get plenty of rest. We’ve got this, my friends!

Grab a jump rope and join in with the video.
