Week of September 30th

We have finished our work on limits and are working on preparing for the test on limits Friday. Please use the multiple choice questions on iLearn as well as AP Classroom to prepare for the test Friday. The free response answers are also on Ilearn.

Week of September 23rd

We are continuing our unit on limits. Students are working on the Squeeze Theorem, finding asymptotes, and learning about continuity. Next week there will be a test over limits on FRIDAY October 4th.

Monday – received HW on Trig limits – due Tuesday.

Tuesday – received HW on asymptotes – due Friday.

Wednesday – received assignments on Khan Academy – due Friday.

Friday – received assignment on continuity, due Monday.

Welcome to AP Calculus!

Hello! We have gotten off to a great start. Many students have completed all of the summer work on iLearn. Today, students had an opportunity to work on any of the assignments they had not completed and to ask questions on the ones they did not get correct. Others worked on a practice worksheet to help them write equations of lines. Here is what the rest of the week looks like:

Wednesday: Review rational functions.

Thursday: Review finding sine/cosine/tangent on the unit circle.

Friday: No School – enjoy the long weekend.

Monday: No School – Labor Day

Tuesday – Test on Summer Work – make sure to review your notes for an hour or so!
