SBC build part 2

All classes use the above link to take you to this weeks first assignment (there will be two this week). Watch the video entitled “Small Block Chevy Build: Stage 2 part 1”. Write a Three paragraph review but make sure to answer or elaborate on the following questions;

1. What type of camshaft did they upgrade to in this episode?
2. Try to name at least 3 important steps they performed on the engine after the first commercial.
3. What is the minimum piston-to-valve clearance recommended by the engine builder?
4. Towards the end of the show they gave a really important tech tip about the gear on the end of the distributor. What did they say?

Gerry Gostenik Sr. High Performance Scholarship for Vocational Studies

Please ALL seniors should apply for this scholarship. Mr. Gostenik was the Auto Shop Teacher at Dearborn High. He passed away recently and set up this scholarship. If you know any of my other seniors that are not in my class this semester, please let them know.
