In class today we learned more about the stock market. I used the platform Next Generation Personal Finance (NGPF) to do a class lesson on it. It was an interactive lesson that was accompanied with a handout. If you were absent, I posted the handout in the week 11 folder on Schoology; however, I can’t post the interactive lesson on Schoology since it was on Nearpod and you need a lesson code to get in there.
Complete the handout and check the answers afterwards that I posted in the week 11 folder as well for tomorrow.

I introduced a concept called Game Theory in class today. This concept relates to a number of different topics including economics. I had students play a rock, paper, scissors game then showed them a scene from the movie, The Dark Knight. I tied in the game and activity into the concept. I may continue with this concept on Thursday. I posted a short PPT that explains what Game Theory is in the week 10 folder.

In class today I introduced the Creating your Own Business/Product group project. We watched a clip from an episode of the show Shark Tank then I followed up with the directions of the project.
