We are about to finish our quick breads unit and there is a test on the horizon **note the quick breads test review is on a separate post.
Also, sooner than later students will be having an equipment test. They have been working on a 50 point/equipment function assignment for over 2 weeks.

welcome back!!
Welcome back to school! We have already begun an assignment that will grow throughout the year. We have began to create a cookbook that includes how to run a kitchen, read a recipe, and some yummy recipes to be remade at home.
Students were asked to get a 1.5 binder and 4/5 tabs and create a title page. This will be checked over the next 2 weeks and will appear as the first graded assignment.

International Cuisine Project
