Grades are nearly up to date. Depending on who you are, it just may be up to date. So please check. If you are not happy with your yeast breads test you may retake or take it as the case may be any day after school next week. I will be there Tues-Fri after school for test takers. You can also take it on lunch hour just contact me for details.

to be eligible to take the retake you must:
1) have the study guide complete
2) completed Q & A at end chapter
3) function of ingredients handout
4) fill in the blank handout
