Parents,

This week, when I am not meeting with small groups, I am keeping my afternoon hours open for any questions/ comments/ concerns/ or help that you or your student may need. Please use the Google Doc attached to sign up for a time to meet with me one-on-one. I am keeping these to 15 minutes to ensure that I am available for as many families as need be.

Please find the date and time you would like to meet with me. Write your name and your child’s name in the next box and then indicate if you’d like me to call you via phone or Zoom call.
