Today was picture day. Students will receive their school ID with picture by this week.
Students should have all of their binder tab- dividers organized:
- Class Work/ Homework
- Tool Kit
- Notes
- Reading
- Writing
We will continue working on “Still I Rise” – Maya Angelou with focus on the use of figurative language this week. Also, this week we will jump into SSR reading and a new “Article of the week” to explore.
Reminder:
- Please make sure to bring your planner everyday to class and set it on your desk at all times
- If for any reason you lost your copy of “Still I Rise”- it is attached to the previous post. It is your responsibility to print it and bring it to class because I handed everyone a copy.
- Freshmen Tailgate is October 5th at 2:30 pm — $5 ticket includes food, games, prizes, and entrance to the game!
