Happy Monday! Please accept my apology for the delay, as I was listening to the Governor’s press conference. I hope you are all doing well, all things considered. Remember to abide by the “Stay at Home” State Order!
- Read 30 minutes
- Help your parents!!!
- Writing: Send me a friendly letter. Include the components of a friendly letter: the date, greeting, body, closing, signature. The body needs to be at least 1 paragraph (minimum of four 5th grade worthy sentences). I will set up an assignment in Google Classroom for this.
- Math: Module 6 Lesson 7 video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WqSYo83Bzg, lesson 7 problems from your Learn and Succeed workbooks, and Zearn lesson 7.
- I will not be posting an online quiz for lessons #1-6. We will be completing it when we return to school, so keep up on all of your assignments.
- Science: In your Science journal on a fresh sheet (1) Crash Course Kids “Welcome to the Neighborhood” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LfD_EKze2M&t=5s. Pause the video and take notes as you watch. (2) “How to Get Resources” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNOqZVv-qso&list=PLhz12vamHOnYmvLSYtQvuxDrWSi795yDa&index=2 Again, pause the video and take brief notes as you go through it, as we do in class.

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication and I pray for your safety and the safety of the world right now🙏🏼 Thank you for continuing to build these vital relationships with our students in the hardest of times as I know it has meant so much for them.
