Even though our activities are limited right now, I hope you have a wonderful week off with your family. Remember to get outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. No work assigned for the week (unless you want to curl up with a good book). I will also use the week to catch up on some of the work you have sent me.

Updated Schedule for the Week of 03/30
Remember to use a notebook for your work. You can send pictures as you complete work.
You have been doing a great job! Keep up the great work and send pics! Remember this is a suggested schedule. You can adjust/change times.
Important additions/changes for Fourth Grade—You will follow the schedule with these changes:
Spelling Words are the same, but for Thursday, you will do Making Connections. You will create a list of words with the same Spelling Pattern and sound.
Practice writing your division facts instead of multiplication.
Reading Response—You may choose to listen to Ms. Cibasek’s Read Aloud and answer the questions in your notebook, or Read to Self for 25 minutes and do a response to your reading in your notebook.
Social Studies—You are going to do Economics on Moby Max. Start with Introduction to Economics. There are videos with each lesson and there will be a review and test at the end of the week. If you don’t get to the test this week, you can do it after Spring Break.
Science — For Science you can use the Mystery Science links and access any activities it will allow.
Academic Time-–Same on the schedule. You will have 2 Readworks articles assigned (do 1-2 depending on your time) and you should be completing 5 Zearn lessons a week. Mrs. Moon also has Math Assignments on Google classroom as well.
Writing-–You will not follow the schedule for this, but will work on your four paragraph informational piece we started in class. You should share try and share it with me by Friday. Let me know if you have any questions. If you finished and sent it to me, you can choose your own work on writing topic and share your piece with me.
I miss you!

Readworks and Zearn Feedback
Readworks–Great Job Third Grade completing “Summer Vacation.” Mariam, Olivia, Celia, Mahdi, Payton, Aidan, Emma, Marcel, Leo, Ali, Abel, Sommer and Minerva completed their article and scores were 88% or above! Continue to use text evidence and write in complete sentences. Next week you will have more articles.
Fourth Grade — Great Job to Sereen and Younes for completing “Ha Long Bay. and Branching Out.” Jordan, Lara, Izzy also completed Branching Out. Again, looking in the article is very important. I would like to see the scores go up! Some of the fourth graders also had the “Glaciers” but it hasn’t been completed.
Zearn–You should be ready to start on Lesson 9 on Monday. Some of you are even further than that—Great Job Anna, Mariam, Lara, Sereen, Mahdi, Payton, Aidan, Emma, Minerva, Leo, Coltin, Ali, Quinn and Abel. The rest of you, make sure you work on Zearn for about 1/2 hour each day.
