Assignments for the Week
Remember to make sure all your assignments are done and evidence is shared with me. You also have Readworks articles to complete as well. Some of you will complete everything by today or tomorrow. Remember tomorrow is a day off, so if you complete everything you can enjoy your day off. For some of you with working parents (make sure you say thank you to them), you may be working over the weekend and that is fine to turn in your assignments over the weekend too.
Have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!!

Attention Fourth Graders
You are still doing Science with Mrs. Moon in Google Classroom. On the schedule, it has a Science lesson for me, but you do not need to do that. You will need to do the Social Studies though. Somehow the third grade Science got put on your schedule!

Friday’s Reading Lesson
Here is a link to a recorded lesson that you will work on tomorrow. You can do the read to self on the schedule and then watch and complete this activity. Recording yourself is a little weird, but I am learning during this time as well! You are doing great and I miss you!!

Read to Self Writing

Aidan wrote about his book! This is a great example of great effort! His sentences start differently and he gave a good summary of what he read! Great Job Aidan!

Thick and Thin Questions
Just a shout out to Anna for some great questions based on today’s activity! She had great questions for each type using a Raz Kids book. There were others that sent me their questions as well and I will be giving them a shout out as soon as I go through them! I will be giving you feedback on how well you did. Don’t forget to read the Raz Kids books and do the quizzes! I can see your score and will be recording those. Also, look for messages from me! I can send voice messages through Raz Kids!

A HUGE thank you to the PTA and all the families for an amazing Teacher Appreciation week! Everything was so thoughtful! I will definitely enjoy using the gift cards. Just a couple things before the schedule comes out…..I have changed a couple things and will be working on some new things. I have been learning all of this technology little by little lol! Please make sure to check the blog.
I will also be giving students feedback on their writing and scoring Readworks. Make sure to check your score, so you can make improvements.
