Readworks
Remember that Readworks should be utilized. It has great passages and questions for you to practice using the text for evidence. I just assigned two passages on government (one for third and one for fourth). You can also complete the assignments you didn’t finish during Daily 5.
Remember to login as a student with our class code. Notify me if you can’t login. I tried it from home, so hopefully it will work.
I have noticed a lot of you are working on Zearn or Freckle. Try to balance by doing both ELA and Math.
Lastly, parents–I know this is overwhelming, so if you are confused by something, the kids can work on those few things. The schedule is a guide, meant to be helpful, so adjust as you see fit. I actually created a simple schedule with my own child, so we had some bit of routine during this crazy time and it has really helped. We just blocked out time for each subject and included free time, games, puzzles and outside activity.
