New Food Distribution Days!

Greetings, Salina families!
On Monday, March 30, Dearborn Public Schools is changing the format of its free student meal distributions.  Meals will generally be distributed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. However, the week of April 6 to 10, meals will be handed out on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Each food bag will still contain both breakfast, lunch and milk for a child under 18, but now the bag will have food for each day until the next distribution.
The grab-and-go meals will continue to be handed out between 10 a.m. and noon at the same seven schools.  Fordson, Dearborn and Edsel Ford high schools; McCollough/Unis; Salina Intermediate; Smith Middle School; and Woodworth Middle School.
The Dearborn Schools student does not have to attend that school to be eligible for a meal. A designated person can pick up meals for multiple children.  The student does not need to be present.
Thank you and have a safe day!

I miss you ALL!

Good afternoon, 5th Grade!
I’m checking in to let you know that I still miss you all very much and to tell you that I’m extending your due dates for assignments (except math and reading logs) until Friday. Some of you have questions and I’ll call a few of you today. I took the weekend off for my family to help them with their online classes and spend some quality time. We are all in this together and we will get through it, TOGETHER. Keep checking Class Dojo and Google Classroom for assignments. I can’t wait to see your smiles and give you hugs, again! In the meantime, here’s a pic of Zak getting some sun! ☀️ ☀️☀️
